Freddie Dyroff
Freddie Dyroff, a Forensic Analyst with bit-x-bit, conducts in-depth forensic examinations relating to trade secret theft, a range of criminal matters, employment matters, and class action lawsuits. In this role, Freddie collects and forensically preserves a variety of devices including cell phones, servers, cloud data, and computers. Recently, he acted as the lead analyst on a matter involving the intake of 2000 devices and imaging for over 600 of those devices. Freddie often travels on-site to meet with bit-x-bit’s clients and perform electronic evidence testing, collection, and data analysis.

Freddie previously worked for an international e-discovery firm where he managed the preservation of digital evidence, evaluated new and emerging technologies, and collaborated with counsel in over 70 cases related to federal investigations, national and international corporations, and numerous C-level employees. He also served as an intern with the Pennsylvania State Police Computer Crimes Unit, where he assisted in the drafting of search warrants as well as receiving, cataloging, and previewing evidence.

Freddie has earned various certifications related to data collections and forensic exams, and previously published independent research in Digital Forensics Magazine. He is skilled with a variety of forensic and e-discovery tools including those available from EnCase, AccessData, Tableau, Cellebrite, and Magnet Forensics.
