Abigayle Needham (“Abbye”) is responsible for the overall management and delivery of e-discovery services for bit-x-bit’s clients from preservation, processing, and the analysis of electronic evidence to its review and production. Abbye works closely with clients to promote efficient, cost-saving workflows and to help clients gain better insights into their data using sophisticated analytics tools and analysis.
Abbye has over 13 years of experience managing the coordination and delivery of complex e-discovery services. Abbye is an industry leader in e-discovery best practices, project management and workflow development, Technology Assisted Review (TAR), and Continuous Active Learning (CAL).   Abbye’s expertise includes the development and implementation of TAR and CAL workflows, use of search terms, including sampling and testing, and the preparation of ESI and review protocols. Before joining bit-x-bit, Abbye worked most recently with OpenText Insight managing a team of consultants supporting partners with TAR workflows and other e-discovery services.  Abbye is also a member of the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, and Tennessee bars, and has extensive experience in advising attorneys and corporate clients on e-discovery and related issues.
