an experienced and high performing person for the position of Director of
Business Development and Sales. The
successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with detailed
knowledge and experience in the corporate and law firm legal markets and client/customer
acquisition for e-discovery, digital forensics and incident response sales and
services. Responsibilities include
developing key growth strategies, tactics and action plans, achieving annual
targets, building client and customer relationships, and understanding and
responding to trends and technical developments in e-discovery, digital
forensics and incident response services.
• Proven sales
executive experience and meeting or exceeding targets
• Five years or more
experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
involving legal services, e-discovery and/or digital forensic services
• Ability to communicate,
present and influence all levels of the organization, including IT, legal and
risk management
• Proven ability to
drive the sales process from plan to close
• Proven ability to
articulate distinct aspects of services and products, and ability to
differentiate and position against competition
• Demonstrable
experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and
achievable solutions
• Excellent listening,
negotiation and presentations skills
• Excellent verbal and
written communications skills
• BA/BS degree
